Here are the finer details:

• We kick-off the first ever Legacy of Light on Thursday September 15th. Group calls are every 2 weeks on Thursdays at 1PM AWST - please allow 60-75mins for these calls. 
• Our group calls are going to mix between 1 x Leadership Mentoring Call a month and 1 x Embodiment Session a month. We are going to drop deeper into the body with movement, breathwork, mantras for the throat chakra, and I envision I will be teaching Kundalini Yoga on some calls. You won’t be sitting at your desk on these Embodiment calls, we are moving energy! I am both excited and nervous to be seen in my gifts more deeply in this way too, but it’s time.  

 This will be YOUR space, to feel safe to take up space.
